How to set up a call answering service

It’s so simple, in fact, that I will describe the process in just 3 steps (and in one of them you do nothing). Time is money, so here we go:


1. Choose your package

All of our call answering packages are £10 a month. They differ in their cost-per-call, which is influenced by the way you would like us to handle each call. 2. One form set up

Once you’ve subscribed, we’ll send you a welcome email with a set up form the same day. This will ask for the details needed to answer your calls. You choose the number, how you’d like your receptionists to answer the phone, and how you want us to manage each call type. And don’t worry; you can update these instructions at any time.


3. Same day set up

Put your feet up. You have taken all steps required to get your call answering service up and running. Our technicians will be squirrelling away behind the scenes to set up your new phone number.  Once completed, we’ll give you a quick call to demonstrate that your new line is working and ready to receive your calls.
